How to Style a Trench Jacket For Fall

A trench coat is a definite must-have fall staple and I am swooning over this olive waterfall trench jacket from Jess Lea Boutique! There are so many ways to style a
trench coat for fall and wearing it with a basic tee and distressed black jeans is just one of them. I love this look in particular because it ups a basic, casual look especially with booties and a statement bag. I decided to wear a nude lipgloss to keep it simple but you can definitely spice things up with a deep burgundy for a statement fall look!
Olive is one of my favorite colors to wear for fall and its one of those colors that goes with so much! Because of the flowy waterfall detail on this trench, it would look super cute over a dress, with shorts and a tank-while you can, jeans, or an all black look (you all know my obsession with all black and a pop of color!).  It also ties around the waist which can change up the whole look. You really can't go wrong throwing it over anything! Definitely a must have basic to add to your closet!
Speaking of basics, I'm pretty sure I wore this satin white tee at least five times this past week and am totally obsessing over these ripped jeans (super stretchy!). Both are currently 40% off so definitely snag them while you can! Also, these booties make the perfect fall transition booties. It stays pretty warm until good into November here, so I'm super excited I won't have to trade them for something warmer too soon.

Anyways, every part of my outfit is totally mix & match approved! I promise you'll be able to wear all of these pieces with so much, even year round!
WATERFALL TRENCH JACKET (c/o) || WHITE SATIN TEE (more colors) || JEANS (I cut the hems by the way... :) short girl problems) || LEOPARD CLUTCH || BOOTIES || LIPGLOSS ("Snob") || WATCH || CURLS

I hope you all enjoyed this post and found it helpful! I'd love to hear how you all would style this jacket :)
