Olive For Fall Transition

TOP: Lush on sale & more colors! (similar I also have HERE) | SHORTS: J.Crew | SHOES: Betseyville (perfect Valentino dupes) | WATCH: Michael Kors | BAG: Givenchy (similar in widget below)

Olive is one of my favorite fall colors (along with burgundy, tan, yellow, camel, rusty orange.... I mean can you have just one? haha). I do feel like olive is one of those colors that looks great on everyone and can be matched with almost every color. I wore this outfit this past weekend while we were in Charleston. It was soooo hot outside. We are still in summer temps back home too so if you're on the same boat, pull out those fall colors! One of my main tips for dressing for the weather while trying to remain in season is to switch up your color palette. Mixing fall colors into your outfit will give it a fall vibe even if it is still 100 degrees outside. Also wearing open top booties is a great alternative to sandals. They scream fall but aren't as warm as closed toe booties. I have been eyeing these open toe booties! So cute!

Another tip is switching up your bag! Sometimes the bag you choose can make or break your outfit. Choosing a good fall bag can help transition your outfit into fall. I love darker color bags or neutrals for fall.

I hope these tips were helpful! I would love to hear more of your fall transition tips below :) XO!
